Repair process
Here's how it works:
1. Please complete and sign our order form and enclose it in the package containing the goods to be repaired. You find the form at "order acceptance" on the left side at the top of our webside.
2. Send us the cluster to be repaired via insured and secure delivery. Please ensure, that you package the cluster sufficiently! Ask us for an instrument cluster removal instruction manual, and/or have your cluster picked up by us!
3. In the case of standard repairs, the repair and dispatch, are carried out on the day that your package arrives on our premises.
4. Do you want to continue using your vehicle whilst the cluster is being repaired? Then hire an instrument cluster via our online form - available for all Mercedes and BMW models!
Hired instrument clusters are always available on the day you place your order!
5. Alternatively, you can make an appointment directly with our workshop and can have your cluster repaired while you wait! If required, we can remove and reinstall the cluster for you.
6. Please consult our General Terms and Conditions regarding our payment conditions.
7. Ask your dealer, if he already works together with us and can offer you this service.
